Title: Mexican Patties

1lbGround beef
1cPretzel crumbs
1/2cChopped onion
4ozCan green chiles deseeded and chopped
2tbChorizo sausage, chopped
1tbChili seasoning
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
8ozMonterey Jack Cheese
2 Green peppers

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended. Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of Jack cheese in the center of each. Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds. Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
